The Octorara YMCA celebrates Lights on Afterschool on Thursday, October 16 with an "invite a friend to School Age Childcare" at the Octorara Elementary School. This year the YMCA is honoring Althouse Transportation, Inc. for their support and dedication to the Y's Before & After Care Program.
