Sue Wedo’s YMCA career spans 16 years. As SACC director, she designs, implements and supervises state-licensed programs for nearly 200 youngsters at eight school sites in the Downingtown and Coatesville school districts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Ursinus College.

Allison Ingaglio has more than 23 years of childcare and camp
experience and oversees Camp Chippewa and Enrichment Camps. Allison hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Kutztown University and has been on staff at Southern Chester County YMCA for four years.

Becky has worked for the YMCA for 13 years, having spent time at both the Kennett Area YMCA for 5 1/2 years as School Age Childcare Director and at the Brandywine YMCA for 3 1/2 years as the Assistant School Age Childcare Director. She holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Art from Juniata College.

Beckys and her team work hard to make sure that parents and their children are having a great experience in School Age Childcare.

Julie Rowe brings years of both childcare experience and customer service to the position of School Age Child Care Director. Having run an in-home daycare, Julie understands the importance of building personal relationships and keeping that personal touch.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University, with a minor in Psychology. Julie is looking forward to continued success by implementing new ideas and further enhancing Twin Valley Y's Before and Afterschool Program.

Catherine has been with the Kennett Area YMCA since 1999 as Senior Program Director and has had 18 years of YMCA day camp and childcare experience. In 2007 Catherine moved to overseeing all of West Chester Area YMCA Summer Camps. She looks forward to an exciting summer camp season with the West Chester Area YMCA. Catherine is a Day Camp National Trainer for the YMCA of the USA.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s in Family and Community Services. She has over 7 years of school age experience, most recently at Kennett Area YMCA. As the new School Age and Camp Director, Gleason plans to further enhance the high-quality, very popular YMCA Before and After School Care Program, which offers care before and after school for the Octorara School District and Avon Grove Charter School and West Fallowfield Christian School. Gleason comments, “I am happy to be apart of the Octorara YMCA as it continues to grow and expand its programs to serve the community. I look forward to building relationships with all of the parents and children in my programs.”
